The title of the chapter is 回天丹, which essentially means a miraculous medicine/elixir so effective it can save one from a life-threatening situation (thus reverting or changing the course of fate). In the past, the emperor’s authority was considered as absolute as heaven, so 回天 referred to having the power to persuade an emperor to change his mind or revert/change the course of divine fate/decree.
